Google meaning of XoXo means "hugs and kisses. A "Light-hearted way of expressing affection, sincerity, or deep friendship."
So what is xoxoday all about?
Like the meaning and expression, it’s a software to make "Rewards and Incentives" simple to execute. One-of-a-kind all-in-one engagement and motivation platform that has been built to empower organizations across the globe to improve business efficiency, productivity, performance while optimizing costs for employees, sales, channel, and consumer engagement.
Giftxoxo & Frogo was started from a small cabin of a friend’s office in Bangalore and serving major clients like HCL Tech, Infosys, Snapdeal, L&T Infotech, Indiabulls, Flipkart and many more. Giftxoxo was an early mover in the "experience and activity" business in consumer internet. But the business did not scale up the way they expected and it seemed ahead of time, including supply-side which was too immature. As a result it was shut down in early 2018 and morphed into Xoxoday.
Giftxoxo & Frogo was reborn as Xoxoday, a B2B rewarding platform by Manoj Agarwal, Abhishek Kumar, Sumit Khandelwal and Kushal Agrawal. With close to 150 employees and funding by the Mahindra Group and Kshatriya Ventures, Xoxoday aims to democratize the employee engagement industry. It has made five acquisitions across the globe in the past one year and has offices in India, USA and UAE. Xoxoday has built a platform that enables 1000s of vouchers (across online commerce like Amazon, Flipkart etc.), including experiences and makes them available for guests and enterprises (and their employees) to explore and book on the go.
Xoxoday’s robust technology platform includes three highly scalable, easy to use, plug-n-play products. These platforms help organisations to motivate and engage their employees, distributors, dealers, contractors, freelancers, sales teams, survey panellists and more.
1000's of businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large enterprises, use Xoxoday's technology & APIs to calculate incentives, send rewards, manage commissions & disburse pay-outs online.
Product Feature:
Xoxoday has been selling SaaS products in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, sales incentives, channel incentives, and enterprise gifting. In mid-2019, they came up with the names of our three products.
Empuls: Xoxoday for Employees
Tagline: Build a winning culture
Empuls: This product helps companies diagnose and measure the pulse of their employees. It gives a quick insight into the health of the company’s culture and takes corrective actions. Knowing the pulse of the employees can help companies improve employee engagement with data-driven methodologies. An engaged employee is more productive, efficient, and happy and helps companies to improve their revenues. Empuls solves the intrinsic motivation drivers like autonomy, empowerment, alignment, purpose, communication, respect of employee engagement by understanding employee pulse at work.
Compass: Xoxoday for Channel and Sales Incentives
Behind the name Compass:
Compass: As an instrument that shows the directions, it symbolizes guiding and navigating someone towards the right direction with data points. The Compass product from Xoxoday helps companies to guide sales and channel partners with their goals and targets. It helps them navigate the complexities of sales and channel business with effective communication, alignment, goal setting, feedback loops and motivates to move towards the final target. Compass helps in solving the intrinsic motivation problems of channel partners, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and sales teams.
Plum: Xoxoday for Rewards and Incentives
Tagline: Your motivational currency
Plum: It is a sweet, colourful, tasty fruit. It’s neither a common nor an uncommon fruit. The idea behind this name is that one gets this lovely fruit (as reward) when one shows results. It’s neither available so easily, nor it’s so tough to get. If someone is working hard towards their goals, behaviors, and meeting their targets, there is a good chance to get a plum. Plum solves the problem of extrinsic motivation in employees, sales or channel engagement. Thus, Plum product works very well with both Empuls and Compass to solve rewarding and incentive for showing positive behaviors and outcomes. Besides, Plum can be used independently by customers for various other kinds of rewards, incentives, gifting, and loyalty etc. by running employee engagement programs.
