Product Management has taught me to build what THEY WANT rather than building what I LOVE or what THEY NEED. One's love for a FLYING SHIP may not be enough to generate sales unlike how an AIRPLANE provides value to customers. Thank you Product Gurukul and its mentors. It was a great session on "product management" and its importance in todays startup context. As I plan to make transition from tech solutions role to more business & operations, this session does give me an idea on my path to product management. It was amazing interacting with you (Rahul). I will surely keep a track of all the things you mentioned in our discussion. The discussion on fake profiles, user personas, the structure we should follow for an interview, examples on A/B testing are some of the things that will be in my mind for always.
